Sarah, Jo and the dream of owning a bakery

Good bread knows no borders - that was the driving force behind our journey. We, Sarah and Jo, had long dreamed of emigrating to a warmer country, completely independently of each other. But before we could pack our bags, Sarah presented Jo with a crucial challenge. He had to learn how to bake really good bread. What began as a joke became a passion. He tried, rejected, improved and finally recorded his progress in videos. A community of like-minded people quickly grew up who shared our enthusiasm for artisan bread perfection.

Now, in early 2024, we have fulfilled our dream: We live in Mallorca and open the Fullproof Bakery in Palma - a specialty bakery for bread, pastries and sweet delicacies. Our heart is the pre-order online store, which allows you to conveniently pre-order your favorite pastries - always freshly baked and exactly to your taste.
